The Pea Straw Man FAQ

Here are some of our more frequently asked questions, if you don't find what answers you are looking for please contact us.

01

Q: What is your delivery schedule?

We do not have a set schedule. Where we go and when depends entirely on demand.  In the busy spring time period we average about once a week to the South-West. In quieter periods we tie in the delivery schedule with our visits to Boyanup Farmer's market, which is once a month.

02

Q: So how do I know when delivery will be?

We will always contact you by phone to delivery.  We ask that you provide at least one reliable contact phone number so that we can do this.  If we cannot make contact with you we will not deliver.  Please note that due to distance traveled we are unable to quote you a specific time, you will be given a general time such as “mid to late morning.”

03

Q: How do I pay you?

We prefer to be paid directly by EFT prior to delivery. Details are provided when your order is confirmed.  Please discuss this with us.

04

Q: How big is a bale of pea straw?

Our bales are approximately 3’ X 1.2’ X 1’ . They weigh between 12-15kgs.
